RNR Tire Express

This is my second time purchasing tires and rims at the location on Fayetteville Rd in Van Buren Arkansas. Each time the service was excellent.The staff that I dealt with were excellent, professional and knowledgeable. I would have no problem recommending them to friends and family.

RNR in VB is the BEST!! Went thru one on Phoenix and had 2 flats on brand new tire. When took it back they said don't know what was wrong but it was fixed. Less than 24 hrs and tire flat again!! Will not go back to RNR on Phoenix. BEST customer service and very pleased at how VB was actually concerned and wanting to fix my issue instead of just treating me like another statistic

My husband and I have recently had our 2nd set of tires put on and financed through RNR. We are so happy with the service we have recieved from them. I always made my payments over the phone and never went into the store. When we went in for the 2nd set, they remembered us! I thought that was pretty cool. They are always so kind and helpful. Will definitely continue to use this location of RNR

Scheduled a rotate & balance and an alignment. Showed up early and they went ahead and got started. The techs ran in to a rusty part that set them back time wise but they were also careful not to overtorque the part and break anything. I sat in a relaxing chair and enjoyed free wi-fi, fresh coffee and chips. Good tunes playing on quality speakers. The manager apologized profusely for the delay in service and was sure to explain everything clearly. Then their internet was down and they were unable to process my payment so the manager just waived the fees. They will take care of you here. Very professional and friendly service. Easy to wait in their nice waiting area. Would go back for sure.

Super friendly and knowledgeable service! They fixed my leaking tire and explained everything. I’m coming back here when I need tires. Awesome experience!
